James Collins
Founder & Managing Director
A leading performance nutritionist globally, James is the Founder and Managing Director of INTRA,
providing strategic support to our diverse portfolio of clients in Europe/US.
Over the last twenty years he has worked extensively with Arsenal FC, Chelsea FC, England, France football (2018 World Cup winners), UEFA, and with Team GB athletes over four successful Olympic Games, initially as part of the UK Sports Institute.
He led the recent UEFA Football Nutrition Consensus Statement and is author of critically acclaimed book The Energy Plan (Penguin Random House) and was previously elected President of the Royal Society of Medicine’s Food and Health Forum.
Hannah Sheridan
Performance Nutrition Lead Consultant
Hannah joined the company in 2021 to help develop our new business verticals, alongside working with our client portfolio across elite sport & entertainment. She is Head of Performance & Female Athlete Health at Tottenham Hotspur Women FC.
Hannah was previously Lead Nutritionist at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club Men, where she supported the team for 5 seasons.
Hannah was the Lead Nutritionist at the High-Performance Centre, Birmingham, working across athletics, hockey, women’s football and swimming. Hannah holds an MSc in Sport Nutrition from the University of Stirling.
Dr Ben Rosenblatt
Physical Performance Lead Consultant
Ben is Founder of 292 Performance and is physical performance lead. He and his team work closely with INTRA as part of our partnership to provide; strength and conditioning, nutrition, and performance sciences (training data, physiology) to elite footballers.
Ben has an international reputation from a stellar 20 year career working extensively with England Football across 3 World Cup campaigns, and England Cricket, England Rugby alongside UK Sports Institute, supporting numerous Olympic and world champions. He holds a PhD in Biomechanics from University of Wales Institute Cardiff (UWIC).
Dr Terri Paulson
Multi-Sport Nutrition Consultant
Terri has worked at the highest level of elite sport for a decade and is lead consultant for our Golf and Multi-sport clinic. Terri is a Senior Performance nutritionist at the English Institute of Sport, working with Netball, Canoeing, Short Track Speed Skating and as the Paralympic Nutrition Lead.
Terri holds a PhD and Masters in Sport and Exercise Nutrition from Loughborough University.
Dr Alan McCall
Research & Innovation Lead Consultant
Alan is a consultant in Research & Innovation for various professional sports teams and national governing bodies in world sport, and works with INTRA on our Research & Innovation vertical.
Alan is Associate Editor for the Science and Medicine in Football Journal as well as the British Journal of Sports Medicine, with >100 scientific publications to his name. His international reputation bolstered by over a decade of sports science & fitness roles with Ligue 1, English Premier League, A-League, UEFA Champions League and FIFA World Cup, teams. He holds a PhD in ‘Injury Prevention in Elite Footballers’ from Université de Lille 2.
Tasnim Mustafa
Finance Advisor
Tasnim provides strategic financial and accounting advice, including building our internal financial system. He is founder and Director of Barnes & Scott.
Tasnim has over 10 years’ experience in advising start-ups in digital media, cyber-security, ad-tech, health-tech, amongst others. His career started working in finance in the city before training as an accountant at the UK's National Audit Office.
Dr Rob Naughton
Football Lead Consultant
Rob leads our INTRA performance clinic working with elite footballers and other high performing individuals. He is a performance nutritionist and researcher who has worked in elite sport for over 10 years. His main current role is lead nutritionist for the England women’s cricket team. Additionally, Rob works with The Blaze regional cricket team, Northamptonshire County cricket team, and Donegal Gaelic football team, with previous roles including Celtic FC and Bristol City FC leading up their respective nutrition services.
Rob completed his PhD at Liverpool John Moores University where he investigated nutrition in elite youth football whilst working with Liverpool FC academy. He was previously a senior lecturer at the University of Huddersfield where he led their MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition.
Abi Woodliffe-Thomas
Service Coordinator
Abi has provided support across our individual client portfolio since joining the company in 2023.
Abi is a Performance Nutritionist at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.
Abi has worked with Derbyshire Country Cricket Club, QPR Football Club Academy, and as an intern in Swimming and Triathlon. She holds an MSc in Physiology and Nutrition for Sport and Exercise from Loughborough University.
